Our Story:
Florida Steel Homes was founded by Del and Leslie Malam after losing their home to flooding from a hurricane storm surge. We, along with our neighbors, were overwhelmed by the red tape and floored by the exorbitant prices we were quoted by contractors—during a devastating emergency!
American Steel Core Builders (ASCB) proved to be the developer with the heart to rebuild our community. We built Florida Steel Homes to share what we’ve learned, to help rebuild communities across Florida. Our focus is on building homes that are functional, beautiful and built to last, offering long-term peace of mind for our Florida homeowners.
